Another week has passed, time sure flies! My partner and I decided to finish something during June, but ended up planning to do it in one week and ended up doing in 3 days, which was a very tiresome and active week. Due to this, I have not had the time to actually properly sew! (grumbles)
Because of spending so much time and doing so much hand labor on the project I have had an influx of chronic pain which also ultimately lead to not being able to sew, however, I did sew on Saturday and Sunday last weekend so I do have something to show!
I was able to sew together the blouse at the waist and started hemming the edges of the neck and button-down! I then continued to make a mistake by hemming down the inside of the shoulder opening, instead of leaving it unhemmed so I can attach a sleeve! This had *totally nothing* to do with the fact I was listening to Bernadette Banner!
I also attached the curved yoke to the back of the blouse, and I am quite happy with the result because it certainly wasn’t easy!
